Yes…we are so excited to bring some of our storefront goodness into your home!!!!!! Small batch mixes, all made with love and care in our gluten-free, allergy-friendly, peanut-free, celiac-run storefront bakery. We are a small 400 sqft. bakery that was started with the intention of giving people a sense of SAFE HOME MADE goodness back into their lives. What better way then to bring it right to your kitchen! I always have said to take control of celiac disease, food allergies and one’s own health, you MUST get in the kitchen.
My goal? To show you that neither celiac, nor food allergies or just fear of what is lurking in the food out there can stop you from ENJOYING FOOD AGAIN. Take control, get in the kitchen and start creating!! These mixes make it easy. The smell of bread baking and cookies getting ready to fill your house with the sweet smell of goodness will make everyone come to the table again with a huge smile.
One of my favorite items as a kid growing up in Brooklyn was the bagels. With celiac disease, those bagels where a dream of the past. I couldn’t let that happen. I spent months perfecting this recipe. I finally mastered a beautiful, bready, chewy bagel. No preservatives or additives. Just simple, easy to pronounce ingredients. All made in small batches by hand in my NY dedicated gluten-free bakery.

Easy to make and so very delicious. A gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, corn-free, refined sugar-free, yummy bunch oh happiness for a snack, breakfast or a great grab and go good-for-you snack. We don’t use just empty starches so this muffin is packed with protein and fiber…and love as always.

A GRAIN-free version of the original and you don’t miss A THING! The same great light happy muffin, just without any grains so the AIP and Paleo followers can enjoy as well. I’m not joking here folks…these things are CRAZY! They do NOT last in bakery for more than minutes when we put them on the shelf. They satisfy the crunchy, the salty, the savory and the starchy customer. Dip in hummus, guacamole, whatever your heart desires. They are made from all bread we make in the store, then brushed with olive oil, rosemary and sea salt, and then placed back in the oven for the crispy to take hold. So addictive!

This bread is a hearty loaf that has such a wonderful earthy warm taste. It’s amazing tipped with some honey, jam, butter or even some avocado and toasted. It’s one the first items we offered and is still one of the best sellers.

Yes…the FIRST grain free muffin mix that does NOT have nuts or eggs!!! I have been working on this recipe for about a year. They are as close to bread as one can get without using ANY grains! They are light yet hearty and when topped with coconut butter and honey, they are almost sinful! But they’re pure heaven. For ANYONE looking for a grain free, paleo, AIP friendly alternative or anyone who wants the taste and feel of bread without any of the grain these are for you.
